Very friendly and courteous staff. Our third stay here, the lady at the reception recognized us immediately. Price/performance of the menu very good. Breakfast good, you can squeeze orange juice fresh. The parking facilities are perfect, large parking spaces in the closed underground car park.

Very nice atmosphere in bar and restaurant. Very friendly staff. Eating in a restaurant is highly recommended.
Swimming pool too small when there are many guests in the hotel. Lots of mosquitoes in summer.

The chef's cuisine was simply delightful, and the staff spoke great English - what a relief! The comfortable terrace was perfect for enjoying a freshly made aperitif.
The gym was a hidden treasure, as there was no information about its location. How mysterious!

we stayed at the hotel because it was near to the Lyon airport and had secure parking. i was impressed that the hotel remained open even though we were the only guests on Easter Sunday. The shower was great. Other french hotels we stayed in , the showers were not so. The staff were very helpful. .I would stay at this hotel again and recommend it.
One minor improvement would be a business room with a printer to print boarding passes
